New Teacher Support Program

The MUHSD New Teacher Support Program engages short-term staff permit teachers, provisional-interns, interns, and preliminary credentialed teachers in a job-embedded program of support and professional growth as they navigate through their journey towards a profession in education. Those with a short-term staff permit (STSP), a Provisional Intern Permit (PIP), or Internship will join our Pre-Induction Program. Teachers with a preliminary credential no later than the second week of October will enroll in the Induction program to clear their single subject credential, multiple subject credential, or education specialist credential with the State of California.
